On December 21, 2005, Yura (middle) became the final piece in the Windingland family "puzzle!" We traveled to Russia to adopt Yura Dec. 17-29, 2005. The picture above was taken in July of 2005.
The picture below was take August of 2006--our first professional family portrait of our family of 5!

This site provided updates for family and friends on our adoption of Yura, a Russian boy we hosted for 3 weeks the summer of 2005 (when he was 11) through the Journey of Hope program of the European Children Adoption Services (ECAS) agency (www.ecasus.org). Yura was in an orphanage from about March 2003 until we adopted him in December of 2005.
